SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ZOMBIEKICKS. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via K-Packet, an international postal service, which is handed over to the local postal carrier in the destination country for final delivery:
- United States: USPS (United States Postal Service)
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail
- Canada: Canada Post
- Australia: Australia Post
- Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (Standard International Shipping).
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the destination country's customs procedures.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, ZOMBIEKICKS ships under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning all customs duties and import taxes are covered by ZOMBIEKICKS. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
For orders shipped to countries other than the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
